Roles and Responsibilities:
Knowledge and Experience:
Contract length: 3 months
- Support the content development of sales and marketing materials for the Health & Benefits line of business.
- Create or improve various types of intellectual capital, including articles, social media content, presentations, infographics, and sales proposal content.
- Review and evaluate content requirements and specifications, actively collaborating with designers, quality reviewers, project managers, marketing leads, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and priorities.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and defined workflows, including standards and practices for communication, responsiveness, quality, and timeliness.
- Manage working files and folders for ongoing projects and completed work according to established document control standards.
Knowledge and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical writing, corporate communications, or copywriting, preferably for business, consulting, or research-focused organizations.
- Advantage: Experience in writing or creating sales/marketing communication materials such as business articles, brochures, presentations, infographics, and whitepapers.
- Fast learner with a strong interest in HR or business-related information.
- Comfortable with reading highly technical materials regularly.
- Nice to have but not required: Some familiarity with the healthcare industry and/or employee healthcare and benefits policies and practices.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Power Point.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic familiarity with graphic design and desktop publishing.
- Basic to intermediate skills in corporate video scriptwriting and data visualization design.
- Proven skills in handling complex content creation tasks.
- Thrives in a highly collaborative and creative environment.
- Strong ability to work within tight deadlines and balance time and effort across multiple, simultaneous projects with varying requirements and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with colleagues from different cultures, time zones, and seniority levels.
- Strong self-management and organizational skills for work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Willing to work mid-shift (flexible with core hours of 3 PM to 12 AM), Monday to Friday, except Philippine holidays.
- Able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a conducive space for work, but also willing to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City if required (dependent on candidate’s location).
