Job Description:
1. Leads social media content planning for all Human Nature needs (category segments, new product launches, branch, and advocacies) in main channels FB, IG, Tiktok, YT
2. Content production (both video and static/images) from project management, shooting, editing, posting, and boosting.
Responsibilities:
1. Own the development and execution of the monthly social media content calendar, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all social media touchpoints.
2. End-to-end video production of assigned content to include development of STB guide, coordination with teams, pre-production, shoot, editing, approval routing, and posting.
3. Lead and drive social media content ideation and creation across all platforms – (FB, IG, Tik Tok, YT) to connect and engage with existing and potential customers based on category and brand campaign priorities.
4. Drive expertise, stay up to date on trends of all top social media platforms, and share best practices with the Marketing Team and other relevant teams.
5. Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to monitor, analyze, and present content performance - adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results. This includes measuring/recording metrics and learning/re-calibrating.
6. Ads Boosting based on approved digital budget. Monitor performance.
7. Recommend and develop project plans for new content-based initiatives
8. Your primary area of responsibility will be our social media but you may also include all other pieces of communication in the digital area.
Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same role for social media, with experience in boosting tools required

• 2-3 years of experience as a social media content planner and video producer (Tiktok, IG, FB)

• Courses/education on social media production and management

• Able to show a portfolio of excellent quality social media video content production produced for FMCG brands, specific to beauty a HUGE PLUS

• Knowledgeable and passionate about keeping abreast of content trends in the web, social media, mobile technology, and apps

• Must have strong attention to detail and quality; works within the timeline

• Must have an excellent command of written English

• Shares our company’s values and with a strong desire to use your skills to benefit the country, the poor, and consumers

• Looking for someone with a natural drive and zest to engage with people and infect them with enthusiasm

• An interest in natural beauty and personal care products

• Willing to work onsite: Sta Rosa, Laguna location.
