We are looking for a Production Planner who is responsible for planning of producing goods in accordance to pre-determined specifications and standards while maintaining inventory and cost objectives of the company and to maintain excellent service levels of finished goods at minimum overall cost with compliance to planning processes and strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring product supply and meeting customer requirements, managing Production Plan and Production Schedules, New Products and Product Changes and Discontinuance for product categories handled.
  • The Production Planner is expected to ensure best utilization of the company's resources, ensures cost controls while ensuring supply and managing inventory levels for assigned category/ies
  • Takes care of Production Plan and Schedules generation and monitoring thereof.
  • Ensures availability of raw materials, labels and packaging materials as required for production.
  • Promptly address and resolve production issues to minimize delays in production.
  • Responds to supply surges and unplanned demand.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as Production Planner in a manufacturing company
  • Experience in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals will be a distinct advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well-versed in Excel
  • Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Preferably with knowledge is SAP/ERP/ Supply Chain Systems
  • Computer proficient with experience in supply chain software
  • Willing to be assigned in our office in Paseo Center Sta. Rosa Laguna
