Job Summary : Acts as system administrator; Supervises and monitors User Account Maintenance of the assigned ICT system; Administers and maintains ICT systems and resources; Supervises and monitors backup and restoration of data; Monitors the implementation and operation of online Disaster Recovery (DR) Service to ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
