Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training

Job Summary : Processes housing loan application, investment loan application, fire insurance, PDIC car plan and comprehensive insurance and car registration; Prepares the semi-monthly amortization for payroll deduction; Attends to bank transactions; Prepares loan contracts i.e. real estate, mortgage, promissory note, deed of sale, cancellation of mortgages, and provides support to other loans processing activities; Assists the Accountant in preparing Journal Entry Voucher (JEVs) based on the journal ledger; Files JEVs, financial statements and bank reconciliation statements.
