Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• With 2 to 4 years of related experience
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office or related software as well as other accounting software programs (NAV)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Flexible and with good working attitude

Job Description:

• Performing administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts
• Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers
• Processing and recording transactions
• Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses
• Generating reports and statements for internal use
• Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better payment terms
