As Key Accounts Supervisor, you will maintain strong customer relationships, oversee sales performance, and implement strategies to boost client retention and satisfaction. Key tasks include analyzing team performance, managing sales and inventory, coordinating with the sales team, and supporting marketing efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities
●Maintain excellent relationships with customers and encourage the sales team to do the same.
●Analyze sales team performance and schedule training as needed.
●Monitor brand sales, inventory, and merchandising activities in store.
●Develop and execute strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
●Generate leads and manage client relationships to grow a repeat customer base.
●Ensure sales, collection, and profitability targets are met across all channels.
●Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
●Coordinate and assist with recruiting, training, and managing the sales team.
●Provide accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources to meet targets.
●Conduct market research and implement marketing plans and standards.
●Build trade goodwill through effective communication and documentation.
●Provide product demonstrations, resolve complaints, and support the marketing team with administrative tasks.
●Gather insights to refine sales strategies and contribute to product development.
Skills and Competencies Required
Strong customer relationship management, sales performance analysis, and strategic planning. Proficient in inventory management, team coordination, forecasting, marketing execution, and industry trends, with effective problem-solving and administrative support abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with CRM systems
• 3-4 years of experience as accounts manager
• Understanding of toy market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory considerations.
