• Formulates processes and procedures and oversees the division in the implementation of effective publications and records management;
• Leads in the investigation issues that caused disruptions and obstacles in the publications and records management process to determine appropriate corrective and preventive actions; and
• Provides publications and records management expertise for all concerns raised

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree; degree in Industrial Engineering, Library Science, Management Engineering or other Information Management discipline is an advantage
• at least three (3) years of relevant experience in Records Management and with familiarity on Repository Systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, EDMS/EDRMS and other records management/repository system
• Knowledgeable in types of engineering documents is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php57,000.00 per month
