SUMMARY
Our client seeks a dynamic and business-oriented leader to take on the role of Country Head, the Philippines. This pivotal position is focused on driving sales execution, managing a high-performance sales team, and securing mid to large-size customers in the Philippines market. The role offers significant career progression opportunities and the chance to be part of a global leadership team.

OBJECTIVES

Achieve and exceed country revenue targets for the sales and account management team.

Increase market penetration and secure new customers within the Philippines.

Lead and manage the local sales team to ensure high performance and deal success.

Manage day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed performance goals.

Engage at the C-level with logistics companies, retailers, and brands to drive sales of our clients e Commerce Saa S solutions.

Work closely with account management and product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Map the market to identify and qualify sales opportunities, and lead the team in executing the sales process.

Tailor sales presentations and product demos to meet the specific needs of potential clients.

Manage the entire consultative sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and contract closure.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and PR, to optimize lead generation and sales efforts.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong understanding of the Philippine market and a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in Saa S or technology-driven solutions.

They should be adept at managing cross-functional teams and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

The candidates work style should align with our clients culture of innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Open to: Philippine nationals only

Language: Proficiency in English and Tagalog.

Experience: 8-15 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for those who have sold Saa S solutions to logistics companies or retailers.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Reporting Line: Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Team Management: Responsible for leading and managing the sales team in the Philippines.
