3. Have been stationed in the Philippines for at least 3 years, with experience in managing the market at a national level.

Transmission category: Such as various data cables and adapters for efficient data transfer.
Audio and video category: Items like HDMI cables, audio extension cables and converters.
Charging category: A wide range of products including mobile power banks, wireless chargers, and various chargers with different power specifications.
Storage category: For example, network private cloud storage, hard drive enclosures, and hard drive arrays.
Mobile peripheral category: Such as Android data cables, Apple data cables, Type - C data cables, mobile phone stands, tempered films and mobile phone cases.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage local channels in the target regional market (Philippines) in line with the company's business strategy.
Gain an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in the target market, formulate and implement business strategies to effectively achieve brand channel expansion and sales targets.
Comprehensively analyze and assess market feedback, and develop corresponding marketing strategies for the region based on the company's current status and development direction to further enhance brand visibility.
Create phased regional channel expansion plans, organize implementation, and ensure the advancement of the strategies.
Collaborate with agents to develop effective product launch plans, channel development, and maintenance plans, and track execution to continuously optimize.
Coordinate with various departments, integrate resources for customer demand follow-up and maintenance, ensuring a healthy and long-term sell-in/sell-out for both customers and channels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing Management, International Trade, Overseas Affairs, or equivalent professional background, with overseas local work experience in Philipines.
5-10 years of work experience in the retail, home appliance, electronics, or FMCG industry, with preference for those with team management experience.
Excellent logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills, as well as market insight, proactive in work, capable of effectively breaking down and executing complex tasks.
Chinese Navtive Speaker and fluent in spoken English, able to travel extensively or be stationed overseas for long periods.
Have been stationed in the Philippines for at least 3 years, with experience in managing the market at a national level.
Based in Manila, company provides accommodation and meals
