IT Country Sales Manager (Work from Home)- IT Solutions Services

The Country Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth in the Philippines for a leading IT solutions provider through strategic solution selling. This role blends leadership and hands-on sales efforts, involving market strategy development, direct engagement with key clients, and fostering long-term partnerships. The manager will oversee sales activities while also functioning as an individual contributor, ensuring the company meets and exceeds its revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Penetration:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for IT solutions, aligned with market trends and business goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across diverse sectors like banking, telecom, retail, and manufacturing.
  • Position the company as a market leader by offering innovative IT solutions that address customer pain points and industry needs.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team, providing mentorship, guidance, and coaching.
  • Set clear sales targets and performance metrics, ensuring the team consistently achieves or exceeds revenue goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and dynamic work culture that encourages continuous learning, accountability, and customer-centricity.
Individual Contributor:
  • Personally manage key strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, client engagement, solution presentations, contract negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Directly contribute to the revenue stream by achieving personal sales quotas in addition to managing team performance.
Solutions Selling & Client Engagement:
  • Lead solution-based selling by understanding customers’ business challenges and aligning the company’s IT solutions to solve these issues.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to customize IT solutions that address client-specific requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, including CIOs and CTOs, building long-term partnerships.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to adjust strategies and ensure market relevance.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Continuously assess and refine sales processes to enhance team efficiency and individual performance.
Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders:
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide insights into customer feedback and emerging trends to influence product roadmaps and marketing campaigns.
Customer Focus & Value Proposition:
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate the value of the company’s IT solutions.
  • Ensure post-sale follow-up and support to maximize customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to enhance product offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership within the IT industry, with a focus on solution selling.
  • Ability to balance leadership duties with individual sales responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of the IT market in the Philippines and well-established industry networks.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets both individually and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise software, and emerging IT technologies.
