Country Manager [WFH - BPO Setting]

- Develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals in PH Operations.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that business activities align with company policies and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
- Manage the local team, providing leadership, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, finance, and HR) to support local business needs.
- Monitor financial performance and set targets for revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Report on performance and provide insights on market trends to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years' of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of PH’s business environment, including local regulations and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
Pay: From Php250,000.00 per month
