To feed this dynamic future winning market, we are looking for our Country operation Leader, guaranteeing the safety standard, by deploying efficient processes, and making the stock reliable in each store.
The aim is to : Delight customers / users and athletes of the territory to develop human, societal, economic and environmental value, delight our customers with desirable and sustainable solutions dedicated to sport, fitness and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Developing the team of operation store by growing up and create a autumn ecosystem
Write the safety local standart and applying
Define the operation project for the country related to filipinos star
Impulse the safety priority and control the site in order to guarantee the standard
Create the training path helping the teammate to succeed
Create the framework support site and spread all the operation information available for all
Make the stock reliable and efficient
Help the omnichannel business to be efficient : move, implementation store, process opening,
Relationship with the logistic

Who you are

Strong ability to federate and energize teams in a different obstacle environment
Benevolence and strong human dimension, embodied good teacher
Mobilize through communication, animate, and engage through meaning
Sense of organization and adaptability
Expert in organization and store scheduling
