Job Description
As a Team Lead Design at Hello Connect, you will be part of a global team of in-house designers. You will have a strong background in design, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creativity. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of print, digital and packaging designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design work, and fostering a collaborative and creative environment. You will report to the Head of Design. You will also be responsible for the development of different creative assets for paid digital marketing channels and offline assets across 6 different brands for 18 markets, with the main goal of ensuring consistency across all channels and not losing sight of the Corporate Identity. Your role will involve mentoring and developing team members, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all design work meets the highest standards of quality and creativity. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that design projects align with the company goals and brands’ guidelines. Your work will have an immediate impact on how customers perceive food solutions, and your designs will travel around the world!
Responsibilities and duties

• Lead a team of designers at Hello Connect to ensure consistency across the brands both in digital and offline assets globally while also being able to manage design projects.
• Be the voice for our Hello Connect team with our creative operations teams to ensure a balanced and efficient workstream is established.
• Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines.
• Uphold global brand identity guidelines and translate them into any creative projects you and the entire team are working on.
• Develop digital design assets that are on brand, in brief, with strong independence.
• Develop innovative ways to inspire local designers to bring our creative standards to the next level.
• Foster a collaborative and creative environment.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and continuous learning.
• Leverage teamwork skills, curiosity, creativity and collaboration.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members.
• Ability to leverage task-focused conflict to generate more and better ideas.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and reviews.
• Empower your team members and use the learning moments that come from their failures.

• BA in Design or related field
• 5+ years of experience in creative industries or advertising agencies.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in design software Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Figma).
• Strong understanding of design principles and techniques.
