About the role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Credit and Collection Officer to join the team at Adventure Bay Resort and Theme Park in our Magallanes, Makati City location. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the company's debt collection processes, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong customer relationships.
What you'll be doing

• Contacting customers to collect outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans
• Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and payment histories
• Identifying and resolving complex payment issues and disputes
• Implementing and monitoring effective debt collection strategies
• Providing regular reports on collection activities and outcomes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve collection processes
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a credit and collections role, preferably in the hospitality or customer service industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships
