About the role
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Holiday Consultant to join our team at Adventure Bay Resort and Theme Park in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service to our valued guests, helping them plan and book their dream vacations.
What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with potential customers, understand their travel needs and preferences, and make tailored recommendations for holiday packages
• Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, payments, and coordinating with our resort and travel partners
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey, ensuring guests have a seamless and memorable experience
• Stay up-to-date with our resort offerings, travel trends, and industry developments to offer the best possible advice and recommendations
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on sales activities and customer interactions

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role within the tourism or hospitality industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, holiday packages, and industry trends
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
