• Locates and notifies customers with delinquent accounts by telephone and mail and advises them of necessary actions for debt repayment
• Maintains file of Collection related documents for ease of access and prepares and submits required reports on time
• Closely monitor the aging of payment receivable
• Prepare and send reminder letters/ demand letters to customers with overdue/unpaid invoice
• Coordinate with necessary personnel regarding information and details update of customers
• Ensure that collection functions are discharged completely and efficiently to ensure that collection target is met in a timely manner
• Recommend strategies and procedures to further improve collection processes
• Do field work from time to time.
