Credit Back Office Staff

The Role : The credit back office position is primarily responsible in preparing and review of loan documents.
Tasks include:
  • Credit Administration: prepares loan documents including loan contracts after approval of a loan account. Responsible in the review of all loan documents once accomplished prior to loan disbursement
  • Loan Process Control: shall strictly observe credit policies and disbursement procedures set by management and provide necessary check and balance in the conduct of his/ her responsibilities.
  • Disbursement Preparation and Review: shall conduct thorough review of requests for loan disbursement and ensures that these are within the prescribed budget and/or based on the signed Disclosure Statement
Summary of Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings in the following qualifications and commitments:
  • With experience or familiar with loan documentation
  • With experience in banking and finance’s lending operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin/ Accountancy/ Commerce
  • Must be Detail-oriented and Quality output-driven
  • Be Motivated, proactive, organized and reliable as well as be a team player; work independently and goal-oriented
  • Be committed to add value to rural development and to the agricultural sector in the Philippines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
