- Conducts joint construction inspection with other construction engineers and the Team Leader and Architect to ensure that plans and construction drawings and proper construction methods are compiled to and in accordance with accepted norms and standard practices.
- Assists the PM/TL in the preparation of progress, status, and assessment reports as required by owner-client as far as civil-structural works are concerned.
- Prepares and ensures submittal to the client-owner of civil/structural engineering design works; prepares daily project log indicating the daily accomplishment and activities
- Review shop drawings for civil and structural works; inspects and monitors works and other undertakings assists in the preparation of weekly, semimonthly and monthly progress report; attends coordination meeting; liaises with the client, designer and contractor all matters relative to the orderly implementation of the project.
- Oversees construction works by the Contractor and makes sure that works are in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and works system is acceptable level of safety; oversees the implementation and makes certain that safety provisions in the construction works by Contractor are employed for keeping people free from danger, risk, or injury in the workplace; eliminates unsafe practices and conditions in the construction site.
- Interfaces or coordinates with other engineers engaged to the project and provide inputs for integration or assimilation to their respective work or discipline.
- Assists in the preparation of reportorial requirements such monthly progress reports, materials reports, assessment and project status report as to the scheduled accomplishments vis-à-vis actual accomplishment and financial accomplishments.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Baguio City, Benguet: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- QAQC Site Implementation: 4 years (Required)
- English (Preferred)
