- Prepare and present to Client QC test inspection plan and other QA/QC report.
- Preparation of documents needed for hand over and billing purposes.
- Ensure that all project personnel and contractors execute and follow work
standards and specifications required by the project and client.
- Conduct daily inspection for works done by the contractors, recommend
solutions for Site Observation Report prior to final inspection together with the
Client counterpart.
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly QC report of the project regarding
progress, punch list findings and status.
- Ensure that the project complies with the Company set of guidelines and
procedures under ISO standard Quality Management System as well as safety
and environment requirement.
- Monitor project accomplishment with inspection and photo records.
- Prepare necessary documents and coordinate to client, project certificate and
final completion and confirmation of final acceptance.
- Attend daily tool box and coordination meeting.
- Provide notes of meeting.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with client or its representative.
- Performs other related work as required.
a. Quantity surveying with client representative for justification of billing.
- Render overtime works when necessary and required to meet project submission and deadlines.
