New Bloc Construction is a construction company in Makati City focusing on retail fit-outs with projects all over the Philippines. We are looking for an experienced, driven Architect, with a wealth of industry knowledge, who can help run the operations of the business.
As our Project Architect, you will be working and collaborating with your own team members.
Job Description:

• Project Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal team members to determine project goals, requirements, and constraints
• Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses. Recommend cost-saving measures.
• Construction Oversight: Supervise and manage construction activities, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure that the project is executed according to the approved plans, on schedule, and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets established standards and specifications.
• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, reports, and correspondence, for future reference and legal compliance.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and seek approvals for design changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3-5 years of work-related experience is strongly desired
• Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, Auto CAD Civil 3D, and Micro Station
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project
• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
