What You'll Do:

• Assisting of customer orders, reassigning of transaction, modification etc. for fulfillment rate purposes.
• Handle and resolve complaints both for users in thoughtful and professional manner.
• Submit tickets for escalated concerns such as damaged/missing items, undelivered orders etc.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.

What we seek:

• A passionate customer service professional with BPO exaperience

What you'll need:

• Has experience in handling voice and chat channels.
• For chats experience, agents should have handled multiple concurrencies assisting customers.
• Must be amenable to working onsite in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange
• Must be amenable to work on a 1-month contract from November 25, 2024 to December 25, 2024.
