Key Responsibilities:

Responding to inbound and making outbound calls to customers.
Facilitating communication between customers and internal support to drive timely resolutions.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking.

Minimum Requirements:

Open for no BPO experience, must at least be a bachelor's degree holder
Preferably with 3-6 months BPO experience, but not required.
Possesses good communication skills.
Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies as needed.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel.
Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements is an advantage
