What you'll be doing

• Responding to inbound calls from customers and providing prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service
• Handling a wide range of customer inquiries related to travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general travel information
• Providing recommendations and advice to customers based on their preferences and needs
• Accurately processing travel reservations, including flights, hotels, and other arrangements
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for
QUALIFICATIONS

• At least College Grad with or without BPO exp
• or Completed 2nd Year in College with 6 Months BPO EXP
• Good typing and navigational skills
• Good English communication Skills (Written & Oral)
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Amenable to work onsite in Pavia, Iloilo
