Location: Legaspi Village, Makati, Philippines
Work Set up: On Site
Work schedule: 5 days a week/ 9 hours + 1 hour break
Job Responsibilities:

• Answering customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
• Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
• Responding to customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customers
• Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback for service improvement

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read and write in Vietnamese
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years Customer Service experience
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
• Must be willing to work in Makati, Philippines
