Overview:

We believe that there is a huge pool of talent outside of the US (particularly in the Philippines) and in this regard, our objective is to gather all these talented individuals and correctly match them with excellent work opportunities based on their core competencies, skill sets and overall experience and exposure in the different areas of audit, accounting and similar financial-related areas.

We are currently scaling our team and searching for Data Analytics and Robotic Process Automation. He/She is responsible for providing primarily data analytics and robotic process automation solutions and secondarily, audit support and advisory solutions for diverse organizations, for small companies (5 employees) through sophisticated midmarket organizations (3,000 employees). You will be responsible for assisting the Partner of IT security and data analytics in planning and managing engagements, discussing KBQs and KPIs with clients during discovery sessions, creating data models and visualizations using different DA tools, creating RPA solutions using scripting and BOT technologies, and assisting in implementing new automation concepts.

Responsibilities:

Run client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, directing, and completing Data Analytics and RPA and managing to budget
Data Analytics / Robotic Process Automation
Data analytics, large volumes of data, data extraction, data transformation, and data manipulation
Robotic Process Automation for internal and external projects.
Maintain a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff at all levels to perform services.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge on engagements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, or Information Technology.
Two or more years of working experience with Data Analytics tools like Power BI, and Tableau.
Two or more years of working experience with RPA tools and bot technology.
Two or more years of IT experience in a similar practice or function with a reputable firm (big 4 is a plus).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Experience with Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Certification in any of the Data Analytics tools is a plus.

WFH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps
Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace
Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is a MUST
