- Receiving Calls (phone/emails)
- Updating and preparation of reports for submission
- Requesting of batteries for replacement
- Checking of serial numbers whether warranty and updating of Master list
- Prepare gate pass of Field Engineers for schedule service calls to be emailed at the client’s office
- Logging of Delivery Report Form and Delivery Receipt
- Updating Weekly Report
- Preparation of Summary Report for Service Calls
- Sorting, Filing, Encoding of Documents
- Monitoring of office monthly supplies
- Assist with Purchasing Department for incoming and outgoing transaction
- Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
- Graduate of 4-years Business related course
- At least 1-year experience being office staff
- Computer literate
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel
- Confident using office machinery (printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.)
- Attention to details
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
Pay: From Php16,850.00 per month
