QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Preferably with experience in academic setting as Dean Secretary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other computer applications
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Good oral and written communication
• Has initiative and can work with minimal supervision
• Pleasing personality, good interpersonal skills

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides administrative and clerical support to the Dean
• Receives and assists employees, students and clients
• Answers and relays phone calls
• Schedules appointments and meetings
• Create letters, reports and other correspondences
• Handles incoming and outgoing mails
• Files and secures office documents
