Die Casting/Injection Molding Production Supervisor / Leader

Production supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of manufacturing and production activities. This includes:
  • Managing and coordinating production schedules.
  • Ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Supervising and training staff.
  • Implementing safety protocols.
  • Monitoring inventory levels.
  • Resolving any production issues or delays.
It’s a role that requires a mix of leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills.
Competencies:
Being a competent production supervisor usually means mastering several key areas. You need strong leadership skills to guide your team effectively. Problem-solving abilities are crucial for tackling any issues that arise on the production floor. Technical knowledge of the machinery and processes is essential to ensure everything runs smoothly. Communication skills are vital for coordinating with different departments and your team. Lastly, a keen eye for detail and quality ensures that production meets the set standards. A role demands a balance of hard and soft skills.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Industrial and Mechanical Engineering
  • With at least 5 years’ experience in Production Management
  • Knowledgeable in capacity calculation, production & manpower scheduling, inventory management and profit & loss analysis
  • Knowledgeable in SAP system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
