We are seeking a “Digital Marketing Manager” with strong expertise in both “paid advertising” and “content marketing operations”. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns, as well as creating effective content strategies for engaging audiences across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement “digital advertising campaigns” across platforms (Facebook, Google, Linked In, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Manage ad budgets, set up A/B tests, track and analyze performance, and continuously optimize for improved ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels.
- Oversee “content marketing strategies”, including blogs, social media, and videos, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Monitor trends and best practices in digital marketing and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform targeted campaigns.
Qualifications:
- “3+ years of experience” in digital marketing, specifically in “paid media” and “content operations”.
- Strong knowledge of “advertising platforms” (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Linked In Ads) and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Hub Spot.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
