Reports to Conwood Group Export Manager, you're responsible to effectively execute the Marketing and Business Development for all products within the Conwood Group portfolio in the Philippines with the aim of maximizing sales volumes, revenues and profitability and achieving a market position in the Philippines in line with the strategic plans of the Conwood Group.
Key Responsibilities:

• To engage in effective planning and execution of Marketing activities with focus on maximizing sales revenue.
• To analyze market, study resource allocation, 'Plan and Track Budget' for efficient output.
• To plan cost efficient digital promotions, create content, manage postings with focus on maximum lead generation.
• To engage with Key Accounts, Developers and Architects for specifications and business development.
• To Support customers and sales teams with regard to Conwood products.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of Business, Communication, Social Science or other equivalent studies
• At least 2 years' work experience with a successful track record of marketing decoration products and systems in building/construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of core digital marketing channels in social media and marketing content.
• Understanding on network of architects, consultants, property developers and contractors with Philippines.
• Experience of working within a local manufacturing or trading organization.
• Strong communication skills, presentation skills and teamwork compatibility.
