About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to join our team at N&M Staffing Services in Makati City, Metro Manila. As the Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in driving the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of our company. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work in our modern office in the heart of Makati City.
What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to support the company's strategic objectives and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee and optimise the day-to-day operations of the business, including resource planning, process improvement, and performance management
• Lead and motivate a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
• Analyse key performance indicators and leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of operations
• Implement and maintain effective systems, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic plan

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of at least 8 years in a senior operational role, preferably in the CEO & General Management or General/Business Unit Manager domain
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective operational strategies, processes, and systems
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions
• Proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement innovative solutions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
• Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices applicable to the role
