Job Description
Reporting to: General Manager of the company
Position Overview: The Housekeeping Training Instructor is responsible for designing and implementing training programs for housekeeping service personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, education and training experience, and a deep understanding of the housekeeping service industry.

• Develop and update housekeeping service training courses, including cleaning, cooking, child care, elderly care, etc.
• Develop training materials, including manuals, video tutorials, and online courses.
• Organize and implement training courses to ensure that all housekeeping service personnel can meet company standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training, collect feedback, and adjust training content based on feedback.
• Follow up and coach housekeeping service personnel to ensure that they apply the skills they have learned in actual work.
• Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs for housekeeping services and incorporate these needs into the training plan.

Job Qualification

• At least 3 years of work experience in the housekeeping service industry.
• At least 3 years of education or training experience.
• Possess relevant NC II professional qualification certificate and trainer certificate and bachelor's degree.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in office software and training tools.
• Experience in online training and distance learning.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Working conditions:

• On-site training is required at the client's home or at a company-designated training location.
• May be required to work weekends and evenings to accommodate the training course schedule.
• Willing to be deployed to Philippines and Chengdu, China

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
