JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas, volume, contours and other features of land surfaces, to collect data for construction projects
• Collect survey data using the available surveying equipment in the site
• Analyze and interpret data gathered to ensure adherence to project specification and survey standards
• Ensure the correctness of mathematical calculations
• Monitor Project Progress: Provide accurate survey data and reports throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that construction is in accordance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain Equipment: Regularly calibrate and maintain survey instruments and equipment to ensure optimal performance and accurate data collection.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Survey Engineer or in a related surveying role.
• Knowledgeable in conducting surveying using correct methods, procedures and instruments
• Knowledgeable in development of survey criteria, methods and proposal
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with project teams and stakeholders.

• Must be willing to work in Taguig City, GOLDEN CONCORD INTELLIGENT ENERGY PHILIPPINES INC.
• Speaks Mandarin is a plus/advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
