Job Description:
We are seeking Drill Rig Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of drilling equipment, including reverse circulation (RC) and diamond core drilling rigs. This role requires a hands-on individual who is passionate about maintaining peak equipment performance, ensuring minimal downtime, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on drill rigs, mobile units, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to diagnose issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment complies with safety and operational standards.
• Work closely with the field operations team to support drilling activities and maintain equipment in optimal condition.
• Assist with the mobilisation and demobilisation of rigs and equipment as needed.
• Ensure the highest safety standards in all repair and maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Drill Rig Mechanic or similar role in the mining or drilling industry.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with equipment such as Schramm, Sandvik, and the likes (preferred).
• Ability to work in remote and challenging environments.
• Commitment to safety protocols and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
