Specific Duties and Responsibilities
A. Driving
1. Drive vehicle for official travel and business, or as requested by the Operation Manager;
2. Maintain high standard of service to both internal and external guests
3. Ensure punctuality and safe transport;
4. Observing the road and traffic laws and regulations of the Philippines;
5. Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and standards;
6. Alcohol must not be consumed or present while on duty;
7. Deliver important documents to required destinations;
8. Ensure that all deliveries gave been signed and delivered to the correct recipient; and
9. Dress professionally and in accordance with company driver’s dress code.
B. Car Security & Maintenance
1. Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times;
2. Ensure vehicle is kept secure at all times;
3. Ensure vehicle is given and day to day maintenance check; oil, water, brake, battery, tyres, etc.;
4. Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly by official manufacturer’s specifications;
5. Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs, prepare vehicle spare parts inventory;
6. Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring report, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses, mileage at end of month; and
7. Log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes, etc..
C. Others

• Provide assistance in welding and fabrication when no driving schedule
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assign from time to time

Job Specifications
· Education Requirements
College level or Vocational Diploma
· Work Experience
At least two (2) years related experience; With Professional drivers licensed 1,2,3 restriction
· Knowledge and Skills
Should have sufficient knowledge of traffic laws and hold fast entirely to them and have the capacity to carry out his obligations in an expert way and constantly dress in line with the organization’s clothing regulation. He should have the capacity to relate well with associates and clients
