This position requires multi-tasking as Driver, Collector and FMD Staff, particularly:
As a driver, primary role is to transport, delivery, pick-up of products /goods ordered by customers and shuttle employees to the assigned destination. This also include the responsibility in the maintenance of the assigned vehicles.
As a collector / FMD staff, the role is to provide assistance to the Admin & Collection officer in activities that involves collection and messengerial as well as overall maintenance of the building.
I. Essential Job Function

• DRIVER

· Responsible for operating assigned vehicles and ensure safe delivery of products/goods to designated destinations. Transport products / goods, as directed, in a safe and responsible manner;
· Strictly follow assigned routes and report to Immediate Supervisor any deviations in the planned routes;
· Ensure submission of all necessary paperwork as required by Immediate Superior;
· Ensure that assigned vehicle is in proper and safe condition prior to use, and accept responsibility to report any damage or mechanical malfunctions to Immediate Superior. Ensure road worthiness of assigned vehicles;
· Operate vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly and ensure preventive maintenance is observed;
· Manage various products and merchandise responsibly while in the act of loading, unloading, or transporting items, ensuring that cargo is properly secured to avoid damage;
· Responsible for proper use and safekeeping of car keys, communication tools (such as cellphones)
· Assist the Delivery Crew in loading and unloading of products/goods, when needed;
· Maintain an excellent driving record;

• COLLECTOR / FMD STAFF

· Conduct on-site collection as scheduled by the collection officer;
· Deliver and pick-up original Statement of Accounts, Billings and other important documents and items to clients, suppliers, banks and government offices;
· Perform bank transactions and utility bill payments
· Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the entire office premises and company vehicles
· Perform office maintenance tasks
· Perform and complete other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
· Perform collection and liaison functions, as assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time
· Ensure submission of all necessary paperwork as required by immediate supervisor in the performance of collection and liaison functions.
· Respect and maintain the relationship of trust required to obtain a high level of security access to offices and properties of clients and partners.
· Dress in a fashion that enables the employee to complete daily tasks, while maintaining a professional and appropriate appearance.
II. Skills and Abilities:
· Professional Driver’s License, and good driving record
· Demonstrate dependability and self-motivation
· Maintain high level of personal integrity and reliability
· Maintain good physical condition that will enable Driver to stoop, bend, twist, and perform other motions, requiring strength and endurance when performing manual labor indoors or outdoors
· Drivers must be alert on the road, aware of their surroundings and sufficiently organized to follow directions
· Upon delivery or collection, they should possess professionalism and strong customer service skills, ably answering customer questions
