Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Driving Instructor to join our Dumaguete team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about road safety and education, possessing the expertise to provide comprehensive driving instructions to our students. This role demands a deep commitment to cultivating a safe, responsible, and efficient driving culture, alongside a readiness to contribute to the operational excellence and promotional activities of WVDI.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective driving lessons to students, focusing on road safety, traffic laws, and practical driving skills.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and patience, catering to students' diverse learning paces and requirements.
• Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and good operation of the instructional vehicles, coordinating necessary repairs and checks.
• Participate in marketing events and activities, working closely with the marketing department to promote WVDI's services and enhance our community presence.
• Contribute to the development of educational materials and strategies, ensuring they are aligned with the latest road safety regulations and driving techniques.
• Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback, encouraging a continuous learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Must possess a Professional Driving License for at least 5 years.
• NCII certificate holder in Driving, Automotive Servicing-Engine Repair, and Motorcycle/Small Engine Servicing. Priority will be given to candidates who already possess these certifications. However, candidates who are committed to obtaining these qualifications may also be considered, with the understanding that employment is conditional upon certification. WVDI can facilitate the certification process for promising candidates.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations, driving laws, and vehicle operation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain instructional vehicles, ensuring their optimal condition.
• Experience in participating in marketing events or campaigns is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Bisaya and Tagalog, with proficiency in English and Hiligaynon considered an advantage.

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Commission pay
