I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitors and supervises a team of Foreman, Leadman, Electricians, and Helpers in implementing specific scope of work for the day.
2. Recommends succeeding works to the Project Engineer or Project Lead.
3. Actively implements EHS policies.
4. Ensures timely completion of work assigned to his team.
5. Has thorough knowledge of plans, bidding, costing, estimating and changes incorporated therein.
6. Responsible for preparing the as-built draft for encoding.
7. Forwards list of required tools & materials to the Project Engineer of Project Lead for filing of RS.
8. Forwards list of employees that will render OT to the Project Engineer or Project Lead for filing of OT request.
9. Assist Project Engineer in updating the Project Construction Logbook.
10. Train workers in proper use of tools and proper work methodology.
II. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Ø Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
Ø With minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Solar Farm Construction
Ø Know how to monitor and assess site activities and prepare accomplishment report
Ø With Strong background in QA/QC works
Ø Computer literate

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
