About the Role

We are seeking a driven and organized IT Project Manager who can oversee projects with confidence and precision. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in project management or account management, demonstrating a solid foundation in soft skills such as communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution. A basic understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies is also essential to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.

Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

Apply Waterfall and Agile principles to streamline project management processes, including facilitating sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Manage resources effectively to ensure that project goals are achieved within budget and time constraints.

Generate regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any changes in scope.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management and account management.

Foundational knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and practices. Prior experience working in these environment is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Azure Dev Ops and JIRA) and basic understanding of project management tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in requirements decomposition to break down complex projects into manageable tasks.

Foundational Knowledge on the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

A PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certification is advantageous but not required.

Knowledge and experience in ERP systems and/or Sustainability Solutions is a plus.
