Basic Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture.
2. Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect.
3. Must have at least 3 years relevant working experience.
3. Must be willing to relocate anywhere in the Philippines (with free barracks).
Job Description:
1. Prepare actual estimate for all the materials to be used in ordering materials.
2. Prepare PRS for all the materials needed based on the approved master schedule.
3. Regular coordination and reconciliation with site warehouse regarding actual delivery against the requirements/ordered materials.
4. Arrange all requirements needed for the facilitation of product demo on different suppliers.
5. Conduct thorough inspection regularly with regards to cleanliness of the area of active floors.
6. Make quick and necessary remedies on finishes with defects using the right material and treatment.
7. Analyze the outcome of every work; introduce ways and techniques to make the succeeding works free of defects like wavy and detached walls.
8. Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
9. Implements and complies with ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System Requirements), ISO 14001+ Cor. 1. 2009 (Environmental Management System Requirements) and OHSAS 18001: 2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Requirements).
