Engineering Admin Assistant

- Provides administrative support to the Engineering Department.
- Coordinate with appropriate departments regarding engineering/technical activities, materials, and other needs. May direct and lead the work of technicians. Entertain clients of the department.
1. Plan and plot the work schedule of technicians according to priority.
2. Coordinate engineering/technical activities with concerned departments, assigned technicians/s and clients.
3. Entertain and communicate repair concerns with clients, external and internal.
4. Answer the telephone calls (landline & mobile), emails and faxes.
5. Prepare and route Purchase Requisitions for Engineering Department needs.
6. Act on the following:
a) Issuance of cash and charge invoices to customers.
b) Issuance of Official Receipt upon payment of accounts.
c) Preparations of statements of account for collection.
7. Collect payment for all engineering/technical jobs/repairs.
8. Maintain records of inventory to all materials requests, pending repairs, finished repaired items.
9. Perform monitoring of all completed repairs for delivery and pull out by owners.
10. Submit summary of income every 5th day of the month to finance Department.
11. Submit all activity reports of installation with proper computations to Finance Department.
12. Carry out other administrative duties and maintain filing systems.
13. Write and maintain minutes of all engineering department meetings.
14. Address internet/LAN/server concerns when no MIS staff is present.
15. Initiate and lead in house cleaning in the shop/office
Do other tasks, as assigned.
Skills Required:
1. Flexible and can work with minimal supervision.
2. Computer literate and team player.
3. Agile, strong and hardworking.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php481.00 per day
Benefits:
- Paid training
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
