JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Provide administrative, technical support and general office duties.
2. In depth knowledge in documentation.
3. Knows auto cad and sketch up.
4. Coordinate with admin department and construction sites.
5. Handles construction timekeeping for payroll.
6. In charge in filling up various forms and processing of building permit and occupancy permit.
7. Coordinate with Engineer’s for signing (and sealed) of building and occupancy permit including processing of payment.
8. Processing of replenishment of construction fund.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate of any Engineering Course.
2. With at least 2 years’ experience
3. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work.
4. Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication.
6. Honest, trustworthy and values integrity at work.
