Overview of the role:
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you'll increase revenue by obtaining new enterprise accounts and exceeding high revenue targets. You'll oversee a high-performing sales process and spot business opportunities.
What You Will Do:
- Revenue Growth: To acquire new enterprise accounts and generate and increase profit growth & revenue.
- Pipeline Management: Keep up a healthy sales pipeline while guaranteeing CRM (customer relationship management) accuracy and performance optimization.
- Market Engagement: Engage with high-value clients and attend industry events to create leads.
- Technological Proficiency: To develop specialized customer solutions, always improve your technological knowledge.
- Social Media Presence: Make strategic use of sites like Linked In to increase brand awareness and engagement for your business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Communication Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
- With at least 5 years' experience in software sales and account management, particularly in high-tech or service industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Advocate for best practices in sales.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and consultative abilities.
- Confident, personable, and customer-focused with bold salesmanship skills.
