Job Title: " Enterprise Architect"
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig
Contract Duration: 12 months Initial Contract, High possibility of contract extension (based on performance)
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days RTO, 2 days WFH per week)
Key Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect with a focus on Core Banking Transformation—this is essential.
• Experience in the banking or financial industry is a must.
• Familiarity with the Philippines market or broader Asia region is a must.
• Strong technical expertise in enterprise architecture methodologies and design patterns.
• Deep understanding of current technologies, trends, concepts, and best practices within the architecture and business domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the technology roadmap for respective domains and support the implementation process.
• Assist in the definition and ongoing updates of EA catalogs, guardrails, and artifacts within the respective domain.
• Ensure that all solutions comply with enterprise architecture (EA) standards and guardrails.
• Provide architecture decisions and guidance for non-compliant solutions.
• Identify the required technical capabilities to meet new business requirements and demands.
• Evangelize new technologies and evaluate new products, tools, and innovative approaches.
• Offer technical expertise to solution architects and platform/application owners during the software/services definition and build process.
• Provide architectural leadership in resolving inter-program and inter-project issues.
• Assist in aligning business and enterprise initiatives with the overall enterprise architecture.
• Serve as an advisor to senior business management on business and information integration strategies.
• Develop and execute training plans for solution architects and the broader community of architects, focusing on architecture methodology and domain knowledge.
• Actively build competency by expanding domain knowledge.
