Enterprise and Information Security Risk Specialist

Work Setup & Schedule:
- Hybrid (Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm)
- Implement and maintain risk assessment frameworks and security controls aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure that risk management processes are documented, sustainable, and support D&V's strategic objectives.
- Support the design, deployment, and improvement of both the ERM and ISRM programs, including monitoring, reporting, and updating risk profiles.
- Perform regular risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks across various areas, including operational, financial, and information security risks.
- Develop, document, and implement security standards, procedures, and controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure that risk management controls and procedures are effectively integrated into business processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards (ie. ISO 3100, ISO 27005, etc.), and legal requirements related to both enterprise and information security risks. o Continuously improve D&V’s internal control environment through process enhancements, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Propose and implement process improvements to strengthen the company’s risk management and information security frameworks.
- Contribute to the evolution of risk management capabilities by identifying areas for policy development, automation, and efficiency gains.
- Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders on how to address identified risks and improve the organization’s risk posture.
- Work closely with Corporate and Client Service Units to align risk management practices with organizational goals and operational needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk treatment plans and ensure timely communication of key risks to stakeholders.
- Respond to information security and risk management queries from auditors or regulators.
- Develop, document, and communicate best practices and standardized documents related to IMS (Integrated Management System), as necessary.
- Track and monitor compliance with internal and external audit recommendations and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
- Other requirements as assigned by the QA Supervisor or the Head of QA
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field. o Professional accounting certification such as CPA is an advantage.
- Certification in Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Risk Management System (ISMS), and/or Enterprise Risk Management is required.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years in risk management, information security, or related disciplines. o Familiarity with Risk Management Frameworks (ISO 3100 and ISO 27005, NIST, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing security controls and risk mitigation strategies.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to senior management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and prioritize risks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
