Senior Revenue Accountant (US)

Job Title: Senior Revenue Accountant (US)
Work Setup & Schedule:

Hybrid (Mon-Fri, 8:00PM to 5:00AM)

What you’ll be doing:

Month-end close tasks
Prepare and maintain revenue schedules, including deferred revenue, revenue accruals, and reconciliation of related accounts
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities related to revenue recognition, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Perform analytical review of select financial statement information and provide analysis to other key users in the accounting department
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve revenue-related issues and discrepancies
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of revenue recognition policies and procedures
Support management in ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to revenue accounting and reporting

What will make you a great fit:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Must have 3+ years experience on an Accounting team (posting journal entries, creating revenue schedules, reconciling related accounts)
Must have strong proficiency in Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables)
Preferred Big 4
CPA o Systems experience (Net Suite, G Suite, Asana)
Strong understanding of full cycle A/R
Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of work
Excellent work ethic and ability to be productive and successful in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionally
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create clarity when issues arise
Effective management of workload to hit deadlines
