Job Overview
Responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of the company's tools, equipment, and machinery to support the business' daily operations and prevent deliverable delays. Technical Support- Equipment specialists calibrate equipment components and replace defective parts as necessary. Responsibilities and Duties
Ø Assist WWT Sales with technical support for clients or leads in regards to WWT equipment and processes.
Ø Perform product demonstrations to potential clients in coordination with Sales Team, including the ability to clearly articulate highly technical concepts.
Ø Support existing clients with technical issues in coordination with Sales Team.
Ø Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues and malfunctions through systematic problem-solving techniques. This involves diagnosing problems, researching potential solutions, and implementing fixes. Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
Ø Supervise and coordinate with in-house or contractual installation team for projects.
Ø Installing and configuring WWT equipment of clients with the assistance of an installation team and in coordination with Sales Team.
Ø To evaluate new local and foreign equipment and spare parts suppliers intended for DI and WWT equipment’s.
Ø To evaluate new and foreign contractor of DI water system, water processing systems and waste water treatment systems.
Ø Discuss Technical aspects of the equipment proposals to customer and suppliers/ contractors.
Ø Discuss Technical aspects of the project proposals with customers and suppliers/ contractors.
Ø Other task as assigned.
Qualifications
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Ø At least 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
Ø Proficiency in using diagnostic tools.
Ø Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
Ø Ability to read and interpret technical manuals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Strong problem-solving skills.
Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ø High attention to detail and accuracy.
