Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the restaurant, seat them at appropriate tables, and ensure their comfort
- Manage reservations and ensure tables are set up and ready for service
- Oversee the service staff, ensuring they are meeting service standards and provide training when necessary
- Provide guests with menu recommendations, explain specials and answer questions about food and drink items
- Take orders from guests, enter them accurately into the POS system and ensure they are delivered to the kitchen promptly
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established cash handling procedures
- Reconcile daily cash receipts and prepare deposits for accounting department
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure the restaurant is set up for service each day
- Manage guest complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Attend regular staff meetings and provide input on operational improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Knows POS System
- A Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 1 year working experience and/or specialized trainings and seminars attended.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service.
- Ability to work as a team player within all levels of the organization.
- Can work well under pressure
- Requiring excellent time management.
Pay: Php645.00 per day
