We are looking for Field Engineers to join our Team!
Job Qualifications:

Level 2 Field Engineer
Strong Background with IBM
Relevant technical certificate
Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
Knowledgeable in handling IT Servers / Hardware / Networks

Responsibilities:

Acts as the first line of assistance for clients experiencing issues and defects with products and/or software
Provides timely response to client/end-user inquiries, feedbacks and issues.
Responsible for the installation of software on end-user computers.
Repairs and troubleshoots simple system errors and finds reliable resolutions.
Installs software packages and manages network systems.
Resolves the assigned Service Request within the agreed SLA and submit fully accomplished report immediately.
Diagnoses computer hardware, network systems, and computer software programs
Assists customer or escalates issues to appropriate level of command appropriately and in a timely manner.
Provides telephone support and remote support to clients.
